Aug 8th 2018

We are well into the summer holidays now, but what if you’re still undecided where to go camping?
Please could some our page likers who have stayed with us before explain in the comments what you like about Woodview campsite and why people should come and stay here...
Thanks in advance!  ??  ??  ??

Here’s a lovely review we received on one of our cabins:
“This campsite is in a fantastic location, very close to a beautiful quiet beach and about 15 minutes away from Bude. Port Isaac is about 45 minutes away, we would definitely recommend going there for a day out. The hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful, we were able to borrow plates and towels and were given a map on arrival. The cabin was very clean and spacious, and we had our own bbq. The bathrooms were shared but always clean, with hand soap, hair dryers and toilet paper provided. We would definitely come here again in the future! The only disadvantage would be how quiet the campsite is, but that’s ideal for families as it was always silent after 11pm!

This lovely site is our sanctuary...and open all year! Ann and Michael are caring and helpful. Beautifully clean and tidy site and we love the fire pits and BBQ areas next to the stream. The play barn is perfect for the kiddies. We will be there next week with ALL our family-can't wait!

Such a well run site, the children and adults alike are well catered for. Love the site, we can not wait to return.

Clean, clean, clean!! Everything is clean. Youre very helpful from running the essential shop to giving advice on local things to do. We loved the sound of the cows, the location is perfect - remote enough to be quiet but close enough to town to be an easy drive. The fire pits, the hammocks. Love it at woodview! The price too!! So so so reasonable!

Woodview Campsite  Thanks for you’re comments Burrtee, so nice to hear you appreciate the “clean” we do try really hard to keep things nice for everyone staying with us! Hope to see you again soon!  ?? ?? ??

We've had our caravan here for the last three years now and the place feels like home. Anne and Mike are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The site is situated in a lovely area with a great playbarn for the kids and fire pits, hammocks and a stream at the other end. No clubs or bars, which is why we like it! But don't take our word for it, come and see for yourself why so many people come back again and again!

We are here right now. We have been here several years in a row. It's great for our children age range 17-2 and the dog. Hammocks, fire pits and indoor play sheds and near enough most facilities. Would highly recommend. Also owners are pretty fab, nothing too much.

Comin Soon  --- 30th May  2018 Pizza evening

Every pizza from Alex’s Wood-Fired Pizza is made with Alex’s own sourdough base, which contains only flour, water and a little salt, and is allowed to rise slowly for 24 hours for perfect texture and flavour. Each pizza is hand-shaped by Alex and the toppings are either authentically Italian (we only use San Marzano tomatoes) or sourced as locally as we can. Our delicious Italian-style sausage comes from our home-reared rare-breed Tamworth pigs and we grow as many of our own vegetables as possible. We’ve been serving tasty, top-quality pizza in and around the Bude area for three years now and we’re proud of the great feedback you’ll see on our Facebook page. We’re looking forward to coming to Woodview Campsite. It’s a special place and our pizzas are special too. We hope to see you there!
